I chose this hotel for a board meeting due to its convenient business location, with Dubai World Trade Center and the airport just a 10-minute drive away. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel at home. The spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms were perfect for my work needs. The hotel's none smoking policy was a plus.

I wished there was a business center available for my work needs.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered fresh omelets and pancakes and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Convenient location with easy access to taxis and various attractions. The pool area was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs available. The hotel is well-decorated and brand new.

The hotel's elegant accommodations and exclusive dining were a delightful surprise. The bustling views and comfortable furnishings made me feel right at home.

Who needs a fast check-in or friendly staff? Definitely not me.

I had an amazing time at this place during my three-night stay. The location is really convenient, as it is close to two metro stations and the BurJuman subway. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, such as air conditioning and a mini-bar, and the staff were very responsive to my requests for room service and wake up calls. Additionally, the leisure facilities were excellent, with a spa, outdoor swimming pool, and rooftop pool that were perfect for relaxing in after a long day.

Although this venue is great for couples and solo travelers, I recommend families look elsewhere for accommodations as there were not many family-friendly amenities available.

The hotel was fairly close to the BurJuman subway and the location was convenient for groceries and restaurants. The room was spotless with a modern lighting system and comfortable bed.

The parking area was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to access with bigger cars.

The hotel is exquisite and well-maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful room upon arrival. The staff, especially Miss Sukaina, made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The signature room was spacious, just like a sprawling mansion! The charm of the traditional clay oven or tandoor with its succulent tandoor-cooked kebabs made my taste buds dance with joy. The lounge was the perfect place to unwind, like a cozy retreat after a long day of exploration in Dubai.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the hotel was in a great location, quite close to two metro stations and within walking distance of many of this city's main attractions.

I keep returning for the warm welcome and local tips from the helpful staff. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, rooftop pool, fitness center, spa. Ideal for my business trips.

I recently stayed at Grayton Hotel for a short visit to Dubai. One unique feature I loved was the open bathroom that could be seen from the room. The facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool, gym, basement parking, restaurant, bar. The staff were polite and helpful, and the food at their restaurant, Bukhara, was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed in our twin bedroom was the comfiest I've ever slept in. The smart TV was a great addition, and the overall hospitality was outstanding.

The room size was amazing, much bigger than expected and the photos didn't do it justice. The breakfast had a good variety of options, catering to both standard and Indian-inspired meals. the pool area, although small, was sufficient for a couple to relax and enjoy.

The location right outside the hotel wasn't ideal, but a short taxi ride easily solved that issue. Another downside was the lack of available smoking rooms, which may be a disappointment for smokers.
